I think Capital Punishment...

I think capital punishment is not a good solution, because this solution is focus to punish and not to motivation of conduct. This solution doesn't meditate about topic education, this topic is very important for decision of committed crime. The pros of the capital punishmenta are the fear that it cause in poblation and criminals too. This form delinquency reduce. The cons in capital punishment are this solution is a measure "patch" and not eliminate the root problem.
The government should see a equitable form of distribute economic resources with objetive of reduce social inequality. The government should generate more work and basic salary up too and of this form people can access to consumer goods the same form other people.
In my opinion the origin of the increasing criminality rates in Santiago is social inequality. I believe that it's inmoral that while there are persons who to gain millions monthly, others gain less than the minimal salary. This is a really problem and we as society have to take care.
Personally, I never been a victim of a crime, thanks God.

Silvana, my best friend

My best friend is Silvana Andrea Tapia Villanueva. She is twenty two years old. I met Silvana in University, when we were in first year of psychology. Silvana and me live very near, like that we work wekend in my house or in Silana´s house. As well we study together. I consider my best friend because we share every day and we speak about many topics. I tell Silvana private things and she keeps the secret, she is reliable. Silvana is also intelligent, sweet, concerned, careful for others, impulsive, she is a good daughter and sister. Silvana is good at mathematics and she helps her cousin in this topic. Silvana loves dancing, drinking ice cream and her favourite hobby is to go shopping. Silvana loves clothes. Besides she likes reading romantic books, seeing movies, eating delicious food and meeting with friends. The best memory I have with Silvana is when I was sad because I had broken up with my boyfriend and she listened to my story and conforted me. In that moment I felt her support.

We study together because both study psychology in the same University. Silvana and me go shopping on wekend, also we go dancing with my boyfriend and Silvana´s boyfriend. An important date: my brother Francisco is Silvana´boyfriend, now Silvana and me are sisters-in-law.
